"..As a Clinical and School Psychologist, I have worked with many children and their families both in the school setting and in private practice.  It is impossible to dispute the research regarding early exposure to concepts such as literature and technology and their positive effects on children longitudinally.  As young people, the mind is virtually a sponge looking for knowledge and The Book Nook Center is the perfect place to provide them with exactly that.  Having children and their families in an environment designed to enhance their capabilities as well as foster a life long love of learning can only be a positive.  I am often asked by families within the community if there are programs similar to The Book Nook Center and until now I have said no.  I am so excited to share this resource with as many families as I can as I am sure they will be to hear of it."...

"...Children reading at an early age in preparation for their early school years is so crucial and the Book Nook Center will provide parents and their children an environment where they will be learning the necessary tools to help them read and they will be doing so in a fun atmosphere. In a child’s eyes they will look forward to coming back to the Book Nook, because it is a place that will make them feel good about themselves. Since technology is so prevalent in all of our lives today, I think it is wonderful that The Book Nook Center will be incorporating learning and reading through the use of technology as well as books."

"...Through this program I see many remarkable changes in the way parents and children approach reading. In a world where we are looking for additional support for students and parents outside of our schools this new concept is a welcome choice.  The Book Nook Center is an environment filled with books and technology provides a simple and effective way to promote language and literacy growth."...
